Take a culinary journey to Italy in this hands-on team building activity. Chef Mary Ann will teach you how to make an authentic Italian dinner from scratch. First, you'll learn how to make a refreshing beet and goat cheese salad drizzled with a sweet and tangy honey dijon vinaigrette. Then, learn how to make a savory pork tenderloin with figs and apples and roast potatoes with aromatic herbs. Make a classic Panzanella salad using rustic bread and fresh greens sprinkled with shaved Parmesan. Finish the meal with decadent chocolate truffles for dessert.

Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese Salad

With beets, goat cheese, walnuts and a honey-dijon vinaigrette

Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Potatoes

With pork, fig, apple, vinegar, white wine and fresh herbs

Panzanella Salad

Going to Chef Mary Ann was quite an inspiration! I felt totally transported to Italy with her delicate dishes full of aromas that you can only find in an authentic Italian home. She presented her lessons with her amazing style, and made me feel as if I was cooking with a superstar Italian grandmother. Thanks for such a wonderful time!!
