You’ll discover the healthful properties of the superfoods included in your dishes before creating a vibrant sweet potato hummus appetizer and a refreshing berry almond salad dressed with chia seed vinaigrette. Then, you’ll prepare a tantalizing entrée of citrus roasted salmon with spring pea sauce. Round out the evening with a zesty dessert of oven-dried fruit, dark chocolate and almonds.

Theresa was great. We had a fun time and good food. We really liked hands on parts. The facility was perfect for this event.
Chef Theresa is known for her Italian specialties, and for using only the freshest ingredients in her dishes. Her ventures in the culinary world began early, having grown up around her family’s catering business. With over 20 years of experience as a professional chef, her focus is now on teaching cooking classes in her impressive commercial cooking space, located in the Tampa Bay area.
