You’ll discover the healthful properties of the superfoods included in your dishes before creating a vibrant sweet potato hummus appetizer and a refreshing berry almond salad dressed with chia seed vinaigrette. Then, you’ll prepare a tantalizing entrée of citrus roasted salmon with spring pea sauce. Round out the evening with a zesty dessert of oven-dried fruit, dark chocolate and almonds.

Her ventures in the culinary world began early, having grown up around her family’s catering business. With over 20 years of experience as a professional chef, her focus is now on teaching cooking classes in her impressive commercial cooking space, located in the Tampa Bay area.
