Cooking Class: Restaurant Ready Seafood

Chef Jason will teach you how to prepare two restaurant-style seafood dishes using fresh ingredients and easy-to-learn techniques. Your friends and family will swear you ordered take-out at your next dinner party. This in-person cooking class begins with a flavorful salmon puttanesca with homemade puttanesca sauce, white wine, olives, capers and garlic. It proceeds with a lesson on making sushi rice and lightly seared tuna tataki. For dessert, enjoy a mini caramel apple pie with homemade vanilla bean ice cream.
