With gourmet flavors and ingredients fresh from the sea, you'll taste Italy in a whole new way. Your intriguing lesson includes charred octopus with pickled potatoes, a carpaccio salad with zucchini and a pasta seafood dish featuring a mollusk ragù. A lemon almond cake finishes things of with a dessert that Italian dreams are made of.

New chef
Chef Kathy brings 12 years of culinary experience to the kitchen classroom. She completed a Master of Italian cuisine at the Italian Culinary Institute in Italy where she gained a love of authentic Italian cuisine and traditional techniques. She leads interactive cooking sessions in an inspiring and engaging manner while embracing how food nourishes the body, soul and spirit.
