Chef James brings you a course in the traditional art of paella in this Spanish-centered cooking class. He'll share his tips and tricks for bringing together a complete meal with paella sitting center stage! You'll create a selection of delicious starter courses including authentic antipasti and a refreshing salad made with seasonal greens. For the main course, you'll prepare a seafood paella overflowing with fresh gulf prawns, clams and mussels. For dessert, enjoy a lesson in dolce la quesada, cheesecake prepared with fresh local berries. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
