Cooking Class: Fresh and Easy Sushi Rolls

In this hands-on class with Chef Rodney, you'll learn how to handroll an assortment of fresh sushi using simple techniques. 


You can look forward to making several dishes with Chef Rodney, including aromatic shrimp gyoza with tangy-sweet chili and ginger dipping sauce for starters and an assortment of sushi rolls. Learn how to easily roll spicy tuna, smoked salmon, fried shrimp tempura or a California roll. Finish class with a sweet and creamy Japanese banana rice pudding with Chantilly cream.
