Team Building Activity: Italian Cooking Basics

Join Chef Matt in this team building activity where you and your team will learn how to prepare a basic three-course Italian meal requiring only simple preparation while still providing incredibly complex flavor. Your team will work together to construct a basic but delicious Italian salad with a creamy homemade dressing before learning how to prepare gourmet butternut squash gnocchi with guanciale and flavor-packed roasted broccolini with sun-dried tomatoes and hot lemon vinaigrette. Lastly, your Italian cooking team building experience will conclude with a dessert of red wine poached cherries with mascarpone cream. 


Italian Salad With Creamy Dressing 

With romaine, radicchio, tomatoes, olives, pepperoncini and Parmesan

Butternut Squash Gnocchi 

With ricotta cheese, guanciale and arugula

Roasted Broccolini 

 With sun-dried tomatoes and hot lemon vinaigrette

Red Wine Poached Cherries 

 With mascarpone cream
