Learn how to bring more vegetables to your table with this fun and comprehensive three-week online cooking class series! In this fun and interactive cooking 101 series, Chef Angela-Michelle will teach you how to prepare three plant-based meals using fresh and healthy ingredients.
The first week of your virtual cooking class series focuses on teriyaki mushroom kebobs with Asian salad and a sweet onion vinaigrette. Week two is a roasted BBQ eggplant and grains stack with quinoa, basmati rice and apple cider vinegar. On week three, you'll prepare a coconut red curry vegetable bowl with homemade naan and a vegetable medley.
Week 1: Teriyaki Mushroom Kebobs With Asian Salad

With quinoa, brown basmati rice, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce

Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.

Meet your chef
Chef Angela-Michelle grew up surrounded by food on her family’s farm. Her parents were both chefs who taught her to cook by the age of six and bake by the age of eight. It's no surprise that she has a cookbook in the works! She is a world traveler, certified in plant-based nutrition and the founder and owner of her own successful cooking company that teaches interested students how to shop well, cook well, eat well — and live well.
