Online Cooking Class: Vegan Italian Cooking for Beginners
During this virtual cooking class with Chef Angela-Michelle, you'll learn how to prepare a variety of classic vegan dishes across four courses of Italian cuisine. First, Chef Angela-Michelle will guide you through preparing a fresh and authentic bruschetta. Next, you'll use your culinary techniques to prepare a healthy vegan Ratatouille paired with a creamy and rich polenta. For the last dish, you'll learn how to make a classic italian basil pesto, bursting with herbs and spices.
Chef demonstrates each step and assists you as you perform each step.

Meet your chef
Chef Angela-Michelle grew up surrounded by food on her family’s farm. Her parents were both chefs who taught her to cook by the age of six and bake by the age of eight. It's no surprise that she has a cookbook in the works! She is a world traveler, certified in plant-based nutrition and the founder and owner of her own successful cooking company that teaches interested students how to shop well, cook well, eat well — and live well.
