Join an online cooking class that presents traditional Japanese sushi from a deliciously different angle!
Uramaki, or inside-out sushi, is a twist on familiar sushi — rolls prepared with the rice on the outside instead of on the inside. In this interactive virtual cooking class with Chef Andy, you’ll perfect your sushi rice before learning to create uramaki of your own using fresh salmon, avocado and vegetables. You’ll also prepare miso soup and a cucumber salad to surround your uramaki with a selection of comforting side dishes.

My wife and I had fun with Chef Andy's assistant for The Bear themed class. Even took home a jar of our own giardiniera. This would be a good class for absolute beginners. My wife has done a lot of cooking so we would look for a more advanced class next time.
