Online Cooking Class: Festive Vegan Holiday Menu

Celebrate the holidays with a gourmet plant-centered menu in this online cooking class from Chef Stacy. She'll show you how to combine fresh ingredients into thoughtful recipes that keep their flavors in the spotlight. First, you'll prepare a refreshing pomegranate martini to get things started out right. Then, using easy-to-learn techniques, you'll create a mushroom Wellington seasoned with rosemary and balsamic vinegar. Then, you'll create a roasted squash side dish topped with hazelnut-maple glaze and an autumnal pear crumble for dessert.

We had an amazing experience with Chef Stacy! The sushi making class was the perfect balance of learning from her knowledge and hands-on experience. In addition, she provided high-quality products and came prepared with all of the necessary supplies. The best part was we could do it all in the comfort of our own home!
