Online Cooking Class: Classic Chinese Dim Sum

Join Chef Li for an interactive online cooking class featuring a classic dim sum brunch menu!


In your virtual cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare crispy roast char siu pork puffs with shallots, puff pastry and rich hoisin sauce. Next up are fried soy rolls with soybean curd sheets, shiitake mushrooms and chives. You'll also make kailan — Chinese broccoli — accented with oyster sauce and soy sauce.

She jumped around too much. She focused on too many things at once. It would’ve been nice to finish one thing and move onto. The next was hard to follow her.

great class, very kind and helpful instructor. food was delicious. would highly recommend if you go by yourself (lots of nice people) or if you go with a date. looking forward to cooking this meal on my own again soon!

It was an amazing class. She went at a good pace and stopped when people needed clarification on anything. The instructions were delivered in a clear and concise manner and she was really engaging to everyone online. I felt like I was right there in her kitchen!
