Hello Chef Paige,
Thanks for the opportunity to cook with you and your staff in your marvelous Asian Dumpling class. My husband and I had a ball creating dumplings that we see at many expensive restaurants. You made the job so easy to recreate. We will definitely have another cooking session with you, maybe an Asian cooking class. And thanks for feeding us. The charcuterie and wine made the experience fulfilling. Thanks sooooo much! It was fun!

Chef Chris was amazing! Was extremely personable and charismatic. I wish we would’ve had another 2 hours with the chef. The class was very insightful and everyone was able to participate and have a part in the meal. Will definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to learn how to make a classic dish that would please everyone.
