Recreate your homemade favorites using vegan-friendly tricks and ingredients. First, Chef Telah will teach you how to prepare creamy green lentil and white sweet potato shepherd's pie. Next, you'll whip up a fan favorite — chipotle vegan and gluten-free macaroni and cheese with a kick of garlic, miso, lime and cilantro. For your final course, you'll prepare a light and refreshing roasted fennel salad with fresh pear and baby arugula.
