Cooking Class: Create a Caribbean-Asian Flavor Fusion

In this immersive cooking class, you'll get to experience the delicious magic of Asian-Caribbean flavor fusion. Expert Chef Jasmine will provide you with a fun lesson in balancing various flavor profiles while teaching you valuable culinary techniques and tips. 

To begin, you'll prepare a tangy and salty feta salad made with red onions and olives.  For an entrée, you'll enjoy a mouthwatering recipe consisting of miso-marinated salmon. On the side, you'll make sweet festival dumplings, a traditional treat from Jamaica. Fry up some chocolate fritters for dessert.
