You'll begin with a classic bibb lettuce salad with sherry shallot vinaigrette with radishes and olive oil. Chef Neilie will also teach you how to prepare pasta classics using homemade dough, including rich and hearty tagliatelle and Bolognese with flour, eggs, grass-fed beef, tomatoes, red wine, celery and carrots. For dessert, you'll dive into an indulgent affogato ice cream served with a shot of espresso for a pleasant surprise.
