Cooking Class: A Classic Upscale Dinner

In this hands-on class, Chef Edgar helps you channel your inner chef by creating an upscale dinner that's bound to impress. 


Chef Edgar will begin by teaching you how to prepare a simple, yet refreshing arugula salad with pecorino cheese crisps, fennel and grapes. Next, you'll create a homestyle warm orzo salad with fresh basil and Jersey tomatoes. For your main course, you'll master the perfect pan sear on a North Atlantic salmon with roasted asparagus drizzled in sage and browned butter. Indulge in a rich bananas foster for dessert.
