Chef Tracy’s dining experience was amazing. Her knowledge of food, & nutrition coupled with her vast life experience made for an unforgettable experience. My date and I had an amazing time. I learned so much about technique, and overall how much she knew about not only cooking but nutrition and diet. It was truly a gift to meet her. She has a wealth of knowledge in so many different facets. Highly recommend. We plan to do more in the future!

Class was a great experience! Chef Tracy was very knowledgeable of the cuisine and shared great “rescue tips” as well. I highly recommend and would take another class with her.
