Cooking Class: Make an Italian Vegetarian Meal
Chef ebony will guide you through
the creation of a decadent vegetarian feast in this hands-on cooking class.
Full of flavor and farm-fresh vegetables, Chef Ebony has carefully crafted a
culinary experience that’s fun to make and a blast to eat. First, you will
grill romaine as the base to a Caesar salad with homemade dressing, pine nuts
croutons made from focaccia. Next, you’ll mix, roll and shape fresh pasta dough
to pipe with an out of this world, seasonal filling of either butternut squash,
lemon mascarpone or wild mushroom. Finally, layer mascarpone, Kahlua, coffee
and whipped cream to form a classic tiramisu.
