First, you'll learn how to create a refreshing seasonal salad made with garden-fresh vegetables. Next, you'll learn how to perfect the layering of a Bologna-style lasagna made with homemade pasta, and both Bolognese and béchamel sauce. You'll also learn how to prepare risotto made with all-natural ingredients, choosing from either Milanese style with Italian saffron, or Parmigiano-Reggiano piedmont style with cheese, red wine and Italian sausage.
