We had a great time learning to make pasta with Chef Luna. The directions were simple and easy to follow. Chef Luna gave us some great tips on how to shape the pasta!

We had such a good time at our annual company event. Chef Emmanuelle was prepared and handled everything. We showed up and learned how to make pasta. She is so personable, relaxed and hands on. If felt like we were in her kitchen and a friend was teaching us. I've heard nothing but positive feed-back from our staff.

Class started a little late because there was a misunderstanding about the bring your own beverages. It is written in the website that participants are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy during the event, as I am not a local I was not aware the class was in the brewery, so I misunderstood.

I really appreciated that Chef Keith took the time to answer all of our questions in full. He's clearly very talented and a wealth of knowledge. We booked him for a New Orleans-inspired cooking class, and I felt like I was back home. The gumbo was authentic, the bread pudding was perfectly moist and the spices were perfectly balanced. You'll leave his classes with new recipes, as well as a number of great stories from his travels. An A+ experience overall!
