From there, you’ll learn the fundamentals of sushi rice, including proper seasoning, steaming and achieving the ideal texture, before rolling classic California maki filled with crab, avocado and cucumber. The session concludes with a matcha ice cream demonstration and tasting, featuring premium matcha and traditional techniques.
