During this interactive pizza-making experience, your group will learn the foundations of great pizza, from mixing and proofing dough to shaping, topping and baking it to perfection. You’ll prepare a full menu featuring artisanal garlic bread, a classic Margherita pizza and a light Italian-style dessert of seasonal sorbet or creamy vanilla ice cream. Guided by Chef Luna, this class is designed to encourage collaboration, communication and a shared sense of accomplishment. I had a wonderful time with Chef Luna! It was originally planned as a date day with my husband, but he had to go out of town unexpectedly, so I brought my mom instead. We had such a great time. The venue was clean, the experience was fun, and everything was well done. I would definitely do this again!
