During this interactive pizza-making experience, your group will learn the foundations of great pizza, from mixing and proofing dough to shaping, topping and baking it to perfection. You’ll prepare a full menu featuring artisanal garlic bread, a classic Margherita pizza and a light Italian-style dessert of seasonal sorbet or creamy vanilla ice cream. Guided by Chef Luna, this class is designed to encourage collaboration, communication and a shared sense of accomplishment.
