Stir up the flavors of the bayou with Chef Keith as he shares the secrets of Louisiana-style cooking. This hands-on culinary experience will introduce you to the distinctly spicy, savory tradition of Cajun and Creole cuisine.
In addition to learning how to make a perfect roux for sauces and stews, you’ll prepare dirty rice with beef and sausage, a chicken and Andouille gumbo, and crawfish étouffée with vegetables. And for dessert, a satisfying bread pudding made with brioche.
