Cooking Class: Classic Cajun and Creole

The good times are sure to roll in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Keith!


Stir up the flavors of the Bayou with Chef Keith as he shares the secrets of Louisiana-style cooking. This hands-on culinary experience will introduce you to the distinctly spicy, savory tradition of Cajun and Creole cuisine.


In addition to learning how to make a perfect roux for sauces and stews, you’ll prepare dirty rice with beef and sausage, a chicken and Andouille gumbo and crawfish étouffée with vegetables. And for dessert, a satisfying bread pudding made with brioche.

Such an awesome experience ! Chef Keith was very knowledgeable and friendly. The class was excellent. The sushi was great and we definitely learned a lot. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn how to make sushi.
