Cooking Class: Asian Dumplings for Beginners
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kelly, you will learn how to prepare savory Asian-style dumplings from scratch that will outshine anything you buy at the store. Chef Kelly will teach you everything you need to know to create perfectly plump and chewy dumplings flavored with fresh ginger, garlic, onion and sesame oil, including easy-to-master folding and pleating techniques that will make your dumplings look professional.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase drinks to enjoy during the class.

Ms. Kelly was a very nice and knowledgable instructor. I would give 5 stars but there were too many people in the class, spreading her attention thin. There was only one cooking station, so people had to wait in line cook the dumplings. Also, we were provided single use disposable plastic forks and cups whic is harmful to the environment.

This class was an absolute blast. Chef Kelly has a true passion for cooking and teaching! She provided all the materials needed to make delicious dumplings. It was a really fun date idea and would recommend to anyone who loves dumplings and want to learn to make them!

Chef Kelly is a culinary instructor well versed in many different types of cuisines. Notably, her professional achievements include a position as the managing lead instructor at a notable recreational cooking school in NYC, as well as working in the test kitchens of one of the top gourmet food magazines in the country.
