You'll learn how to combine, knead and shape a mixture of potato, flour, and egg to make perfect pillowy gnocchi. Then, learn a foolproof recipe for robust tomato basil sauce to complete this timeless classic. Take your new skills home with you and impress guests whenever you want to!

She was so patient with me and all of the other participants. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable on food pairings and nutritional breakdowns which is so helpful for someone trying to manage their weight, yet be creative, and actually enjoy what the food tastes like! Any time I had a question or hesitation while cooking she provided support and creative ideas to help me along. I would absolutely attend another cooking class!
