Cooking Class: Vibrant Vegan Mediterranean Cooking

Celebrate the vibrant food culture of the Mediterranean with Chef Dorothy in this vegan cooking class. You will prepare a delightful spread of healthy dishes, cooking with traditional Mediterranean ingredients along with some globally-inspired plant-based proteins. 


Begin by roasting chickpeas and vegetables with a zesty spice blend, followed by baked tempeh and vegetables served on a bed of quinoa and brown rice. Next, toss together a protein-packed salad with greens, edamame, crunchy seeds, and Pumfu, a pumpkin-seed tofu alternative. Finally, end the class on a sweet note by baking a batch of crispy chia seed and cacao cookies.
