You'll being by preparing a caprese panzanella salad peppered with crispy chunks of sourdough and fresh tomatoes, topped with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Learn to combine fresh, wholesome ingredients to create handcrafted pasta and turn it into spinach and ricotta ravioli and cook up a pesto sauce to top it with. And for a charming Old World dessert, bake a batch of Ricciarelli, Italian cookies infused with delicate almond flavor.
