The French countryside is a culinary wonderland filled with rustic gourmet goodness, as you'll discover in Chef Justin's informative hands-on cooking class. These dishes are filled with farm-fresh spirit that brings a fresh touch to bistro dining. 


Begin with savory onion soup topped with bubbling gruyere before preparing tender sea bass in a beurre blanc sauce flavored with warm shallots and the zing of white wine. You'll also create potatoes in the authentic Lyonnaise style and bake an apple tart tatin that any patisserie would be proud to serve.

Chef Justin was awesome! Food was delicious and we had a great time chatting with him about his experiences as a chef. He gave great cooking tips pertinent to the class but also to just about every other area of cooking that I could think of. If you want to learn cooking of any style and have great conversation while you do it then this is your class. Looking forward to booking him for another class in the future!
