Cooking Class: Magnificent Meatless Cooking Class

You won't miss the meat in this vegetarian-friendly cooking class led by an expert chef. You'll learn new kitchen skills as you craft four delicious dishes highlighting seasonal ingredients. 

Start off with lightly-grilled romaine topped with a divine vegetarian Caesar dressing plus pine nuts and focaccia croutons for a warming take on a classic salad. Next, learn to make ravioli by hand to be carefully stuffed with seasonal vegetables like mushrooms or butternut squash and gooey cheese. A quinoa-stuffed portobello mushroom rounds out the savory portion before moving onto sweet layers of tiramisu featuring coffee, Kahlua and delicate ladyfinger biscuits.

We booked a cooking class through Classpop and had such a great time learning to cook! The place had a parking lot so parking wasn’t a problem. We loved that after the cooking class, we were giving enough time to enjoy our food and even had leftovers to bring home. 10/10 recommend! Thanks for making my partner’s birthday so memorable!

Extremely disappointed. I was promised that gnocchi would be taught, which was the entire reason why we purchased this class. Chef Roddy confirmed the day before the class that we would be taught how to make gnocchi. Not only were we not, but when I messaged chef Roddy about our disappointment he never responded. Shows his true character. I don’t recommend this class.
