Cooking Class: Cooking Vegan Caribbean-Fusion Foods
Infuse a bit of the Caribbean into these recipes during this hands-on cooking class. Chef Patricia will teach you how to get a taste of the islands using plant-based ingredients to create a one-of-a-kind meal.
To begin, Chef Patricia will teach you the art of making a spring roll using jackfruit flavored with red cabbage and fiery seasonings. Then learn how to turn zucchini into pasta with savory vegan sausage and a creamy sauce. For dessert, you'll make a tantalizing tangy pineapple mousse with tropical toppings like sweet berries and coconuts.

Chef Patricia was awesome! She helped us cook a delicious salad, entree, and birthday cake. She came with everything mostly prepared and we helped with the fun parts, and she was very fun to have around. Overall 5-star evening and highly recommended.
