Cooking Class: Sushi-Rolling Basics for Beginners

Take your favorite dinner dish into your own kitchen and master the art of sushi-rolling in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Malik will teach you everything you need to know to create artful, restaurant-worthy sushi rolls completely from scratch. You'll learn how to create perfectly-textured sushi rice before rolling up two classic rolls: a California roll featuring fresh surimi and avocado plus a vegetable roll stuffed with cream cheese, avocado and crisp cucumber.

Was not able to attend at the address listed wasn't correct. My husband and I tried to call with no answer. Won't be scheduling anymore cooking classes u til people are more responsive. Wasted $200 on cooking classes I couldn't attend due to no response about location. Wasn't able to attend.

Chef Malik was educational & entertaining! I enjoyed his setup & teaching style. Very engaging & accommodating. Our Thai chicken dish was delicious!
