Chef Malik will teach you everything you need to know to create artful, restaurant-worthy sushi rolls completely from scratch. You'll learn how to create perfectly-textured sushi rice before rolling up two classic rolls: a California roll featuring fresh surimi and avocado plus a vegetable roll stuffed with cream cheese, avocado and crisp cucumber.
