Chef Jeff has a great personality for the course. He was enjoyable. However, a few issues: -The course was conducted at a Brewery which didn't have a full size kitchen. We sat at a bar and had the course taught to us. -Each couple or person didn't make their own pasta. It was a community dish made which was disappointing. -The ingredients mentioned in the course overview were incorrect. We used chicken thighs and not sausage. I don't like chicken thighs so this was a huge issue for me. -Overview because there was only one portable burner, the Chef did all of the cooking while we prepared the food for cooking so I wouldn't say this is a cooking class. -The food was good and filled with flavor but because we were making a community dish for everyone to eat from, we couldn't tailor our food to our desire.
