Turn lunch or suppertime into a true fiesta in this taco-themed hands-on cooking class. Let Chef Vivian and Michi demonstrate authentic methods for creating a flavorful Mexican feast your friends and family will love!

You'll create wholesome handmade corn tortillas from a recipe that uses nothing but corn flour, salt and water. Then, sizzle up chicken or steak for a meat-lovers spread or try vegan-style tacos with a tofu and tempeh blend as a delicious change of pace. Don't forget your toppings, a zesty selection of vegetables, beans and cheeses, plus a homemade onion and tomatillo salsa.

I took my daughter today to learn how to make pasta. I have to say that we both learned a lot and had the best time ever!!! I would highly recommend taking this class! Chef Vivian and Michi are such awesome teachers!!!

Thank you Chef's for a wonderful evening experience! We enjoyed making the Bento box with dumplings and potatoe salad. That kimchi is the bomb! To finish our evening we stayed at the venue with another dinner participant for open mic night and enjoyed listening to local musicians.

This was such an amazing class to take! It took about an hour, but it went by so fast because we were having so much fun. The chefs were very informative, and I love how intimate the class was. I had the luxury of sitting next to the chefs and being their VIP for the evening lol that worked out perfectly because I was able to work with her daughter and get some more 101 teaching! Such a beautiful family and I can’t wait until the next class.

This class was only one hour and was advertised as a 2 hour class. Only 2 rolls were made for each person at a price of $110 ! Not worth the money spent. However the instructors were nice and we met a great couple there making sushi with us.

Chefs were both extremely professional, engaging and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. As a single woman made to feel comfortable entire evening. I cook & bake a lot however it is wonderful to learn new techniques and gain knowledge about foods I may not try on my own. Looking forward to my next class with these Chefs already reserved!

Nice people, probably wouldn't recommend to anyone. If an event is going tonbe outside in January that should be communicated to people. I thought the venue and setup was pretty bad for this event. Also don't advertise the event as being 2 hours when it is really about 45 minutes, its sets an expectation that you are getting more than this event delivered. The cost also was far to much for what you got and the instruction was really just okay. The overall experience just did not match what was advertised.

I took my college aged daughter to learn to make Sushi. Chefs were very friendly and eager to share their passion. Instructions were simple and straightforward and help was available, if needed. We had sixteen people in our session. A few dates, some small groups of friends and a few groups of parents and adult kids. A fun and relaxed way to learn something new while enjoying a cold craft beer. Do yourself a favor and sign up for this class. Thanks Chefs!

The instructors were great and the sushi was delicious 😋 However, the setting for preparing raw food is not ideal. The Craft beer bar allows dogs indoors (unhygienic) and is loud so challenging to hear instructions.

Chef Vivian and Chef Michi were beyond welcoming. We had absolutely no sushi making experience going into it and after just a few hours, feel confident that we can prepare a meal for our friends. Chefs were very nice but the venue was not. Restaurant setting with long table. Soccer World Cup playing on several TVs. I could barely hear the instructions. Menu was extremely basic even for a beginners class. Fortunately class was half price. Had I paid full price I would have been very disappointed

Great class! Purchased this to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend. He loved it and we both learned tons of skills! The food was delicious and Chef Vivian and Michi are great teachers and made us feel welcomed. Definitely recommend!

Best date night! My traditional sushi night just changed forever! Both Chef Vivian and Michi were amazing. My sushi rolls came out so tasty. Not the prettiest but practice will make them better. Loved every second of it! Definitely recommend as a fun interactive event with friends, family or couples.

They don’t call it “sushi making secrets” for nothing. We learned sooo much and the sushi and desert was really good. The chefs were really nice and personable. They definitely put in the 10,000 hours to know what they’re talking about. My mom said it was her best birthday ever!!!!

Such an incredible experience! Chef Vivian and Chef Michi were so humble and made us feel so welcomed. Their professionalism and expertise exceeded our expectations. Not only did we learn a new recipe but they taught us so many great cooking tips we will use in our future cooking ventures. It was a fun selection of food items. Sadly, the ingredients were not all listed nor some of the amounts. During the class, there were items that were not mentioned in the directions. I had hoped to hear more from Michi's experience with the food in Japan- he did not have much time to talk. Finally, we seemed to end class about 20 minutes early and a slower pace may have been helpful.
