From antipasto to pizza to dessert, this insightful cooking class will prepare you with true Italian dough-making skills for all your favorite dishes. Chef Nyjal will teach you how to form, stretch and toss dough for a variety of recipes.
You'll start with an indulgent, creamy spinach and artichoke flatbread, preparing a perfectly thin crust as the base. Next, master the art of making Neapolitan-style pizza served with your choice of sauces and toppings. Of course, you'll need to make some doughy garlic knots on the side. Break up all the bread with a refreshing Italian salad featuring bright flavors of tomatoes, olives and pepperoncini. Learn to make a classic Italian dessert of warm fried zeppoles with powdered sugar to end this awesome class.
