You'll feel like you're dining in Italy during this interactive cooking class. Learn techniques and recipes of modern Italian cuisine from Chef Afi. Start your meal with a refreshing burrata caprese salad with fresh tomatoes and basil. Then, make a classic Napilean pizza from scratch, topping it with creamy mozzarella cheese and zesty marinara sauce. Bread eggplant fried in olive oil for crispy eggplant parmesan bites. For dessert, make indulgent tiramisu shooters by layering ladyfingers and ricotta and top them with espresso and powdered sugar.

Enthusiastic. Instructor Think the description of the sushi sh indicate all vegetables (and no crab or other fish as is common for the roll and as shown in the picture. Also, sh make sure the avocados are ripe. It had fun!!

Chef Afi was engaging and informative. However, the class was not advertised appropriately. We were a party of 3 and had to share a personal pizza. Additionally, the cheese used was vegan yet no where in the description did it say we were signing up for vegan class. The price you are paying is more for the experience than it is for the product.

Chef Afi was great! The pizza making class was fun. We were a group of 7 - it was a little disappointing to make 1 pizza and 1 salad between all of us. Groups of two were making the same as us. Chef Afi did give us the pie that was used as the model for extra food but it was more about the hands on experience. A fun night out but I would definitely think twice about going with a large party.

The instructions on how to slice the veggies and roll the sushi were very easy to follow. Chef Afi didn't go too fast or too slow. I really enjoyed the whole night.

Chef Afi is such a sweet person! Chef Afi was great, she came fully prepared with all the food, equipment, spices- you name it; she had it! My husband and I enjoyed the cooking class a lot! If you’re looking for a fun date night or activity, I would highly recommend booking with Chef Afi!
