Explore the intricate art and bold flavors of savory curry dumplings in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jasmine. Learn how to prepare chicken dumplings from start to finish, picking up valuable kitchen skills involving dough-making, dumpling folding and more. After you create dumpling dough by hand, you'll stir together a hearty filling made up of balanced flavors and textures including chicken, potato, ginger and curry paste. Learn an expert's methods for perfect dumpling folding, and you'll be enjoying fresh dumplings in no time! Shake up your dinner date or bring along friends for a delicious time.
Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer from the venue to enjoy during the class.

Everything was amazing. Chef Jasmine was very friendly and professional. We loved everything that she made for us. She left our kitchen clean and our stomach and palate extremely happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this experience.
