During this kid-focused cooking class, Chef Wei will get your mini-gourmets rolling in the kitchen and teach them how to make authentic handcrafted dumplings! Not only will they prepare a delicious meal to enjoy, but they'll also learn the fundamentals of Asian cuisine.
Your little cooks will make handmade dough from scratch before transforming it into dumpling wrappers, which they'll then fill with egg, ground pork, bok choy, shrimp and vegetables. Chef Wei will also show them how to create savory shumai featuring sticky rice, pork and vegetables. As a special treat, the little chefs in the making will prepare tapioca pearls from scratch for their very own boba tea!
Kids must be accompanied by an adult for this class; adults required to purchase tickets in addition to kids.
