To start, you'll learn how to make authentic kimchi salad with Napa cabbage, chilis, carrots and water chestnuts. Next, rather than making beef bulgogi, Chef Jenna will teach you an easy recipe for daikon radish bulgogi that will be both satisfying and impressive. Serve it with spicy cucumber salad and aromatic jasmine rice. For dessert, whip up a batch of savory and sweet Korean scallion pancakes.
