In this in-person cooking class, Chef Strange brings fabulous fish dishes to the grill in a pescatarian-based BBQ. Learn to turn simple seafood into a flavorful extravaganza in your own backyard!
Your lesson begins with BBQ buffalo shrimp served on homemade flatbread and a refreshing green goddess salad prepared with garden-fresh vegetables. Next, you'll learn to expertly grill salmon filets in a bourbon BBQ glaze that blends sweet and smoky flavors. Create a creamy broccoli mash and sweet potatoes topped with maple pecans as a stellar side dish. For dessert, whip up decadent red velvet whoopie pies filled with cream cheese frosting made from scratch.
