Cooking Class: Flavors of the Islands
Nourish yourself body, mind and spirit with food from the Caribbean in this island-themed in-person cooking class, courtesy of Chef Dock. You'll add a sense of tropical flair to your usual fare with a selection of sunny, flavorful dishes. Create ceviche filled with fresh fish, calamari and shrimp and a Cuban chicken dish sweetened with mango and pineapple. Prepare fresh plantains, coconut rice and pigeon peas to enjoy with it. And whip up a classic rum cake to bring your celebration of island flavor to a festive end.

What a great time with a personable, knowledgeable chef. Tons of experience, came prepared with all the fixings. Had all 4 of us going in the kitchen, perfectly coordinated. Everything came out delicious and tasting better than the pictures could describe. Highly recommend him. Will be hitting him up again for another event.

Chef Doc created a fun interactive experience for my friends and I. He was well organized and professional. Doc is a great teacher and personalized the experience for us. He was respectful of my home. And most of all, the food was amazing and authentically Caribbean. We can’t wait to see him again. Thank you so much!

He began his career as a line cook, then went on to manage a restaurant specializing in tasteful corporate catering services to high net-worth clients. Chef Dock is deeply passionate about food that contributes to a healthy lifestyle and enhances memory. He now owns a private chef and catering company, which offers a variety of cuisines in simple, nourishing meals.
