You'll start with crispy cornmeal battered oysters with pickled vegetable salad and citrus aioli. Next, you'll use a cast iron pan to prepare pan-seared and herb-basted ribeye steak with European butter, fresh herbs and a side of French-style mashed potatoes and charred broccolini with lemon. Enjoy a rich chocolate soufflé with salted caramel for dessert.
