Cooking Class: Traditional Thai Cooking

Learn how to create traditional Thai dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Libby. Using classic techniques and regional ingredients, the chef will teach you how to prepare barbecue pork spring rolls with a rich peanut-hoisin dipping sauce. You will also learn how to make a hearty tofu pad Thai with rice noodles, bean sprouts and tamarind. Next, build layers of flavor in an authentic green curry with chicken, vegetables and jasmine rice. For dessert, enjoy a refreshing mango coconut and lime sorbet.

Chef Libby is a great instructor and it's clear that she years of experience both teaching and cooking. She is well versed in many cuisine types and can do it all!
