Cooking Class: Fundamental Cooking Skills

In this interactive cooking class with Chef David, you'll hone your cooking skills and learn new techniques for preparing meals with proficiency. Chef David will teach you basic knife cuts and other culinary tasks like sautéing, grilling and cooking grains while you prepare delicious dishes together. You'll practice your skills while preparing classic bruschetta, flavorful grilled sausage, ratatouille and cheesy polenta. Then for dessert, you'll learn how to whip up an airy chocolate mousse.
