Cooking Class: Intermediate Sushi-Making

In this interactive cooking class, join Chef Danh as you build upon the foundational skills of sushi-making to tackle intermediate techniques. Begin the class with a light and creamy imitation crab and avocado salad before preparing your sushi components including rice, nori and fillings. Next, you will craft a tiger roll with eel sauce, a volcano roll with baked imitation crab and a unique roll created with your own favorite fillings, toppings and sauces. Finish the meal with anmitsu, a traditional Japanese parfait.

Great experience! Took our sons, who were home for the holidays, and we all enjoyed it. Chef Danh is very personable and very knowledgeable. Loved getting to eat what we made. Would definitely recommend as something fun and different.
