I have been wanting to learn about sous vide for a long time. In fact, my husband and I are now looking at purchasing a sous vide and vacuum sealer! I recommend Chef Ricky for this class and others. I’m hoping to do a sushi class with him next. The food was delicious and the best part is I learned how to make it! Chef Ricky keeps you engaged in the process step by step and very entertaining with his knowledge of food and cooking. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed.

Best date night experience ever! Chef Ricky is great!! He gives a little history behind the why while explaining the how’s and really makes sure you’re comfortable with the tasks. Highly recommended

He notes his greatest achievements to be the development and launch of multiple successful Asian restaurants and business concepts, as well as coaching an American Culinary Federation team to two national championships. Chef Ricky specializes in Pacific Rim cooking and is passionate about helping aspiring chefs turn their dreams into reality.
