Join Chef Eliza for this hands-on cooking class and learn all about the basics of cooking Thai cuisine while preparing a four-course traditional Thai dinner. Chef Eliza will share with you all the techniques and skills needed to create some seriously impressive yet simple Thai meals. To start, you'll make a vibrant green papaya salad with a citrus vinaigrette. Then, you'll prepare a hearty and intoxicating curry from scratch before learning how to cook up a rich chicken satay with creamy peanut sauce. Lastly, Chef Eliza will show you how to whip up a deliciously sweet mango sticky rice, which just might become a new staple in your repertoire.
