Chef Eric will teach you how to make fresh pasta dough, savory side dishes and authentic sauces. You’ll first prepare refreshing antipasto skewers with tomatoes, artichokes, pepperoncini and olives. Next, you’ll handcraft pasta, which will be topped with a bold Bolognese sauce (or vegetarian substitute) and a rich pesto sauce. For dessert, Chef Eric will teach you how to make zabaglione, a decadent Italian custard, paired with seasonal fruit and amaretti cookies.
