Learn all about upscale fine dining as you prepare a gourmet steakhouse dinner in this cooking class with Chef Shelby. Not only will she guide you through the cooking process, but she'll also teach you steakhouse secrets, classic sauces and dressings, easy entertaining and wine and cocktail parings. Even if you are a novice chef, you'll leave the class ready to host your own fancy dinner parties. To start, you'll whip up an appetizer of wine-soaked mushroom crostini before moving onto the sizzling main course: steak with tender vegetables. For dessert, indulge in rich and gooey smores. Guests are encouraged to bring their own wine and beer to enjoy during the class, should they wish.

Chef Shelby was AMAZING. I really didn't know what to expect. She had great reviews and a previous comment about her single, magic bag of goodies was dead on. I have never experienced something like this - A professional chef, coming into our home, to teach us how to cook a great beautiful meal and the whole time we are eating delicious food!!! She was knowledgeable, super friendly, funny, and very well prepared. After she left, my boyfriend and I were talked about all night and then again this morning. We had a great time. Thank you Chef! I look forward to taking another class!!!!
