Cooking Class: Fantastic French Fare

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to transform simple ingredients into amazing French cuisine. Chef John will teach you the secrets to preparing authentic, delicious French dishes. You’ll go home with a newfound love and respect of French food and the skills to whip up amazing French fare in your own kitchen. You’ll learn how to make a brie-stuffed puff pastry, and you’ll learn how to make curly endive with bacon. For the main course, you’ll craft a succulent white fish with a side of scalloped potatoes and ratatouille. To finish the meal, you’ll prepare a delectable chocolate custard.

Chef John was such an amazing host. We had a complication with our booking and Chef John helped us out and was able to work with us making our experience unforgettable. His cooking techniques and knowledge of Spanish food really set the tone for an experience we felt like brought us together even more. Highly recommend him! Great kitchen, great cook, fun times!
